I'm so happy today because I got what I've been craving for. Hubby surprised me with my favorite Godiva chocolates. Hmmm, they are so yummy. Believe it or not, I can eat the entire box of chocolates box in one sitting. I just can't give them up. I would probably go crazy if I can't have them in a month. It's one of my best “comfort” foods. I need not worry because results from recent research suggests that eating a small piece or two of chocolate on a daily basis is good for your health. Regular chocolate consumption may, surprisingly, lower a person’s blood pressure. It should be noted that the study’s outcome is based on dark chocolate containing a minimum of 30 calories. Should I feel guilty eating too much? Hehehe.
