Charlestown Horse Racing in West Virginia is an hour drive from our city. I remember the very first time I came here I got lucky. I bet on the eight race and my first and second choice of horses won. I never looked at their past races on the the book. Instead I just made a wild guess simply. Hubby was very much impressed with my $189.00 winning. The odds was great! Horse racing is fun and exciting. It gives you a lot of thrills especially if you have a favorite horse to bet. After the race, we played the hot peppers slot machines. I was surprisesd by the number of old folks playing there. They also had the live band performing. We did have a good time. I look forward to our next visit.
