What's For Dinner?

We bought a seven lbs. whole chicken last week. So I wanted to try my friend's roasted chicken recipe. It took me two and a half hours to finish this very delicious recipe. The meat was very tender and flavorful. I had celery, spring onions, and sweet onion as the stuffing plus half of a tablespoon of salt. I put butter and seasoning all over the chicken skin. My husband loved it. We had a great dinner with lettuce wedge as appetizer. He took the breast part this morning for lunch to work. Hmmm, I wonder why it is his favorite part?
