Typing Fun Today

I got a call from the bank's human resources manager yesterday. She asked me if I am still interested to work with them and I anxiously said "yes". She conducted the initial interview over the phone, discussed the pay rate per hour, the work schedule and it seems like a good opportunity for me so I agreed for another interview on Monday. Part of the interview will be a skill test for data entry numeric keys. I used to be a bank teller when I was still in the Philippines but it's been so long since the last time I played my fingers on the numeric keys. I am concerned about my speed and accuracy that is why I need some warm up and more practice. I found this cool website online and I will be spending my whole afternoon today doing some typing practice. I hope I will make it on Monday and they will hire me. Hehehe. Wish me luck!

Start Earning Income

I have been here for almost a year now. With nothing much to do I decided to start blogging so I can write my new experiences living in a different country. I remember when I was a kid I always had a diary. I am fond of writing my daily encounter from gradeschool until college. After graduation, work kept me busy so I stopped. And now here comes my diary online. I never thought it would be this fun. It's great to read other blogs and meet new friends from different parts of the world.

I read a lot of stories about how some people get lucky earning money online. I was skeptical at first. Then I saw a post in a forum about making extra money by blogging. I got super excited. Who knows I might be lucky as well. So instead of watching TV or sleeping for long hours I decided I need to do something to earn extra income and take advantage of my blog. As they say, there's no harm in trying.

Wow! Can't believe I've been sitting for 3 hours looking at this particular website (http://www.videojug.com/) A friend of mine gave me this link and it's worth spending my Saturday aftenoon just browsing this very informative site while my hubby was watching his favorite football game on TV. The site has almost everything, whatever topic you want. My three hours were spent watching videos of many delicious recipes. I was even taking notes of 3 desserts (Classic Chocolate Mouse, American Cheesecake, Creme Caramel) that I want to try one of theses days. They look so yummy and seem very easy to make. I will surely get some ingredients in the grocery tonight. No reason not to make those recipes. Hehehe...
